We are delighted to offer this exciting opportunity which has arisen within Fife Health and Social Care Partnership (HSCP) for a Lead Nurse to be part of the Senior Management and Leadership Team within Children Services. Within this new role you will provide leadership and direction for the approach to Participation and Engagement, Learning and Development and Quality Improvement. The post holder will have operational management responsibility for Multiagency Improvement Team, Learning Development, Health Visiting and School Nursing Students, and Health Improvement within Fife.
Within this role you will provide management and leadership to a highly skilled, effective nursing workforce to meet the needs of children and families in Fife ensuring care and quality standards are met. The Lead Nurse will provide oversight and assurance for safe, effective, person-centered practice to support the commitment to develop and deliver an effective service aligned with local and national strategies.
In applying for this role you will be registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council and have evidence of post graduate education. You will offer significant leadership and management experience. You should have a proven track record of success in leading service improvement, in delivering and monitoring high quality standards of care and to be proactive in their approach to partnership working and integration.
You will have experience of team working, problem solving, flexibility, high-level communication skills, continuing personal development and change management.
