The shift pattern for this position is 09:00 – 17:00.
An exciting and rare opportunity has arisen for 2 x Secretariat Officers to join our team at Board HQ.
NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde is the biggest Health Board in Scotland and the role will be varying, and exciting, as a result.
This is an excellent position for an ambitious and driven individual with experience of providing secretariat support (including agenda setting and minute taking). This experience will offer the post holder exposure to the wider Board business, as well as the opportunity to build good working relationships with the Senior Management Team.
The role requires the post holder to support the secretariat function, to ensure compliance with Board policies, procedures and protocols and legislative requirements.
It is essential that the post holder has a ‘can do’ attitude and is able to demonstrate innovative ideas to senior colleagues. The post holder must also have excellent communication skills, the ability to organise and forward plan as well as demonstrate the ability to build good working relationships with senior colleagues.
