An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced, dynamic and enthusiastic Physiotherapist to take on the role of Operational Lead Physiotherapist for Community & Intermediate Care, within Aberdeen City H&SCP.  This post is 37.5 hours per week, although Job Share will be considered. 

This Operational Lead Physiotherapist is a key member of the wider Physiotherapy Operational leadership team in the city. They will be responsible for the day to day leadership and management of Physiotherapy services across Community & Intermediate Care including Rosewell & Clashieknowe. This is under the guidance and support of the Lead Physiotherapist. There will be a close working relationship with the Occupational Therapy Operational Leads based within the Partnership.

Applicants should have a broad, extensive experience of physiotherapy, including current or recent experience in leading teams or services within the NHS and have a good understanding of working across the wider system and within the integrated health and social care partnerships.

NHS Grampian physiotherapy teams cover the North East of Scotland serving a region from the cairngorms to the North Sea including coastal Moray. The hospital site houses all clinical specialties with the exception of organ transplant and paediatric ITU. NHS Grampian provides healthcare for a population of 540,000 with around 40% living within Aberdeen and the remaining 60% in Aberdeenshire and Moray.
