Endoscopy Administration Team – Band 4 Administrator (permanent)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Location - Aberdeen Royal Infirmary site.
Are you looking for a challenging role that’s more than just an administration post? We have an interesting opportunity on offer – we are looking to recruit to a position of administrator within the Endoscopy Administration Team (EAT). The post holder will be part of a team with the main task of booking patients from the waiting list for endoscopy procedures. This is a challenging post and there is a considerable amount of patient contact and also the aim of meeting waiting times targets. The successful applicant for the post will have strong administration skills but more importantly have the ability to prioritise workload and to work under pressure. They will be a team player and work to tight deadlines.
