HCSW Band 3 - 37.5 hours-Permanent
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated healthcare support worker who is seeking a new challenge to join our team of nurses on Philorth ward.
Philorth ward is a 20 bedded GP acute/short term rehabilitation/palliative care ward. We are also the stroke rehabilitation unit for the area with a dedicated multi-disciplinary team .
The working pattern is 12 hour shifts and is day/night rotation and weekend and public holiday working will be part of the rota.
We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated, hard working individual with a genuine interest in working within this type of ward.
The successful candidate must have previous experience in care and past experience of working within a team.The successful candidate must be able to work using their own initiative.
Must have a keen interest in learning new skills and keen to progress with relevant training opportunities.
Must be willing to take on any additional role relevant to the position.
Clinical skills should be up to date.
