This is a full time permanent post and the hours are worked 9am-5pm

A vacancy has arisen for a Principal Clinical or Counselling Psychologist in North East Glasgow CMHT (Springpark Resource Centre). The post holder will be working within the multidisciplinary team of a secondary care mental health service, and have responsibility for the delivery of specialist psychological assessments, including neuropsychological assessment, high intensity/ highly specialist individual and group therapies, and supervision of qualified psychology staff/ psychological therapists, psychologists in training and MDT staff delivering psychological interventions.
Candidates will have an accredited, doctoral-level (or equivalent, if trained prior to 1996) professional qualification in Clinical Psychology, providing eligibility for registration with the BPS as a Chartered Clinical Psychologist.
Candidates will also be registered with the HCPC. Candidates will have post-qualification experience of working within a multidisciplinary team, competence in at least two evidence-based psychological therapies and be able to evidence advanced clinical skills through further post-graduate training or experience. Candidates will have experience in supervision, undertaken further training in supervision, or be eligible to complete NES supervision training.
