The Centre for Sustainable Delivery (CfSD) currently has an exciting opportunity for an experienced National Cancer Performance and Improvement Lead to join their Team.
The post holder will lead the delivery of the Centre for Sustainable Delivery’s key strategic programmes specifically the Framework for Effective Cancer Management and supporting delivery of the National Cancer Strategy and associated action plan for Earlier and Faster Diagnosis.
The post holder will lead several key cancer work-streams, as outlined in the recently published 10 year Cancer Strategy for Scotland and will be required to work autonomously in the role, escalating any issues that may arise to the National Associate Director.
Effective interpersonal skills are a key requirement as the post holder will be expected to establish and maintain good working relationships within the CfSD and those associated with the CfSD.
You must be highly organised, comfortable in managing multiple projects, used to working under pressure and have a demonstrable track record of success in Lead role. To discuss the role please contact Margaret.kelly@gov.scot or nicola.barnstaple@gov.scot
