Hours: 30 hours/week. Fixed Term for 6 months
NHS Fife Screening Team in Public Health provide oversite and governance of national screening programmes. An audit team has been developed to deliver work on behalf of the Screening Team.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated person with a high level of administrative skills to join our team.

You must be an enthusiastic individual with demonstratable experience of working within an administrative capacity.
Key responsibilities for this role include:
• Acting as a point of contact for the audit and partners via email and over the phone
• Responding to questions and requests for information from the audit team and the audit partners
• Communication with general practices
• Updating data and information onto a national database and Excel spreadsheets.
• Conducting other admin tasks as requested by the project manager and audit team members.
• Liaising with the team to contribute to the overall delivery of the audit.
• Attending and contributing to team meetings
• Supporting NHS Fife participation of The National No Cervix Exclusion Audit, ensuring regular reporting
• Retrieval of confidential information from patient records
• Organising of meetings and minute taking when required
Working schedule
• 4 days per week with opportunities to work from home.

Please note the salary for this post is pro rata to part time hours.
