An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 5 staff nurse within the Hospital @ Home team based at Woodend Hospital. We would welcome applications from full and part time candidates. Any part time applicants wishing to be considered are asked to identify their preferred hours within their application.
H@H has a varied caseload of patients admitted from both Primary and Secondary Care for acute medical care provided in their own homes. The service currently operates between 8am and 8pm and we are working towards becoming a 24/7 service.
The postholder will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team alongside and in conjunction with Consultants, GPs, Advanced Nurse Practitioners, Nurses, Nurse Practitioners, Physiotherapists, Pharmacy staff, Occupational Therapists, Admin, Dieticians, Speech and Language Therapists.
We are looking for a motivated team member to provide a high standard of patient care. Preference will be given to applicants who have current hospital or community experience with medical and/or geriatric patients.
Applicants must meet the requirements of the person specification to be considered for these posts. All applicants must be able to drive and have access to a car for work purposes.
The advert will close at Midnight on 12 December 2023 and interviews will take place in Aberdeen on Thursday 4th January 2024.
An attractive relocation allowance of up to £8000 may be available to successful candidate
