We are looking for an ambitious, highly motivated, innovative nurse leader to join the senior nursing team of the Acute Division in NHS Highland. The postholder will be required to work closely with the Associate Nurse Director, Acute Division. A key portfolio for this post holder will be to focus on Quality, Safety and Patient experience and the work of the Acute clinical governance team.

Attributes should include proven leadership skills and the ability to demonstrate evidence of leading and managing change in a dynamic and challenging environment. Experience of working  effectively in a complex, multi professional environment within an acute setting is essential. This role will bring opportunities for the right individual to make a significant contribution  of the Acute Division while supporting the wider aspirations of the clinical teams to deliver the NHS highland strategy  and our aspirations for our patients, the people of the Highlands and our colleagues.
