Practice Manager

Salary depending on experience but expected to be in region of £42-£47,000

Hours 30-35 per week

We are seeking a Practice Manager to join our small and well established team who serves a patient population of 6000, in purpose built premises.

We comprise of 4 partners, 1 salaried partner, ANP, Practice nurse and advanced health care support worker. We also have a hard working and highly capable administrative team and very experienced office manager.

We are lucky to be supported by a wider multi disciplinary team, many of whom are based within our practice.

You will show excellent organisation skills, a sound knowledge of human resources, be adaptable with an ability to support our clinical and administrative teams.

You will be required to support the efficient running of our business including managing finances and overseeing building maintenance.

We feel that good patient centre care is vital and you will be instrumental in supporting and developing the service in order for this to be achieved. Flexibility, problem solving and the ability to create innovative solutions will be required as part of this role.

Previous practice experience would be beneficial but not essential.
