What you will do:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a permanent Improvement and Development Manager for Screening in NHS Ayrshire & Arran.
The role will involve Programme management of national screening programmes, to include breast, bowel, antenatal newborn, and AAA screening. This will include working with NHS and non-NHS partners to deliver safe and effective screening programmes in Ayrshire, as well as addressing inequalities in screening uptake and outcomes.

Knowledge, training and/or experience required to do the job:
Educated to Masters level or demonstrated equivalent skills and experience, you will be able to demonstrate leadership skills in an NHS or partnership setting.
You will have excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiating skills and have the ability to work autonomously and developed decision-making skills
Excellent organisational skills, knowledge and experience of quality improvement methodology and knowledge and experience of data collection, analysis, and interpretation are essential.
