Grade: Band 5 Contract: Fixed Term contract - 18 months Hours: 37.5 hours per week with flexibility between the hours of 8am and 5pm. Location: Based in Edinburgh/Livingston although travel through NHS Lothian board area may be required. Salary: £30,229 - £37,664 per annum. Placement on salary scale is dependent on confirmation of previous relevant NHS service. |

This is an exciting and excellent opportunity to work within Digital & IT as part of an expanding project team focusing on the implementation and delivery of Office 365, SharePoint & OneDrive across NHS Lothian. Working closely with other teams within Digital & IT, you will play a key part in the information gathering and data analysis of users’ files in preparation for the migration of the data to OneDrive & SharePoint. Excellent communication, data gathering & analytical skills are essential to this key role within the programme. You will communicate with users from various departments and posts within the organisation. Although training will be provided, experience in the following would be very advantageous: Using/supporting Office 365, OneDrive, SharePoint and a knowledge of standard file systems & SharePoint data structures.
