An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Occupational Therapist to join our supportive and welcoming band five rotation.

As the post holder, you will be an HCPC Registered Occupational Therapist with an interest in advancing your professional skills and gaining experience in a rotational post.

In our band five rotation there are opportunities to rotate through orthopaedics, acute medical, surgical, neuro/stroke rehabilitation, wheelchair services and the Inverness community teams.  The National Treatment Centre will also soon be added to the rotation when it opens in Autumn 2022.
In the post, you will work with patients with a wide variety of conditions and presentations.  In the acute hospital rotations, your focus will be on facilitating safe and timely discharges from the hospital setting.  In some parts of the rotation, there will be a requirement to work as part of a seven day rota.

You will have opportunities for continuous professional development, you will receive regular clinical supervision and you will have the opportunity to be involved in practice placement education.

The Raigmore Hospital / Inverness Community Occupational Therapy teams are warm and friendly teams, who deliver a high quality service with a dynamic and patient centred approach.
