Band 5 Registered Nurse
Full time 37.5 hours
Due to internal promotion we are looking for a new staff nurse to join our great team within ward 102 and our new step down facility based in ward 304.
We are looking for a hard working, organised team player who has good clinical skills, is able to delegate effectively and who has a true passion for frailty.
Ward 102 cares for older adults who require a period of assessment with the aim to always enable them to return to their own home setting in a timely efficient manner. The average stay for our patients is up to 3 days.
The post holder will be expected to undertake day/night rotation, however we are prepared to be flexible and are happy to discuss your individual requirements, so please don’t be put off.
