An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our team within urology opd in Forth Valley Royal Hospital.

We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic, caring and hard working Registered Nurse to become a valued member of a multidisciplinary team. A good level of interpersonal, communication and organisational skills are essential.  You must demonstrate an appetite for ongoing learning and be able to provide evidence of your professional development. 

The candidate must be keen to undertake all aspects of urology care. This includes care of adult patients undergoing intimate urology procedures, including catheter change, teaching of intermittent self catheterisation, bladder instillations, vasectomy, circumcision, flexible cystoscopy and prostate biopsies. With appropriate training and supervision, the successful candidate will also autonomously assess, treat and review urology patients attending the nurse led clinics.

The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to attend clinical governance meetings on a monthly basis.
