We are looking for an exceptional person to work as the Strategic Interface Lead within the Medicine and Unscheduled Care Portfolio in NHS Grampian. What we can offer you is to join our team at a challenging yet exciting time as the Portfolio shapes delivery of its Strategic Objectives within NHS Grampian Plan for the Future.

You will play a major part in working in a distributed leadership model setting the vision, aims and objectives for the Portfolio and creating routes towards reaching these goals.

Reporting to the Portfolio Executive Lead, you will be enthusiastic, innovative, and highly organised. Also, you will need to have experience of working at a Senior Leadership level, with an in-depth knowledge of how the NHS operates. You will have great opportunities to work with our clinicians, managers, colleagues and community partners to drive change and improvement for our patients, staff and local communities. You will also be responsible for managing strategic developments in the portfolio, through effective collaboration with others. 

Interviews will be held week beginning the 22nd January.
