Corporate Planning Performance and Quality Project Support Manager

AfC Band 6 (pro rata) plus a High Secure Environmental Allowance of £1,591.56 per annum

Post DetailsAn exciting opportunity has arisen within the Corporate Planning, Performance and Quality team of The State Hospital. This is a significant role to work across the NHS Board to help to coordinate effective planning and performance in relation to the strategic goals of the organisation and leadership for total quality management approaches. Part of the role will focus on quality assurance and quality improvement strategies. This links with the Realistic Medicine portfolio where the post holder provides project manager support for the action plan and wider Realistic Medicine agenda. The team sits in the Corporate Directorate. It connects across the directorate structure within the organisation developing performance management approaches, analysing data and information and supporting improvement.  This role is key to supporting and developing this collaborative approach.

ExperienceAs a member of the team the post holder will have excellent communication and organisational skills, experience in project management and quality improvement and assurance processes. You will also be passionate about quality, have experience in performance management systems and have a track record supporting improvements in health and care systems.
