Clerical Officer (Bank) (Ref: 170665)

Band 2 - Salary Range £23,362 - £25,368 per annum pro rata

Distant Island Allowance of £2,256 per annum (pro rata for part-time)


Bank working arrangements are used to cover shifts/part shifts where, for example, we have vacant posts or unexpected absence/illness. 


Do you have secretarial skills, reception skills or would be interested in general office experience?  Do you have experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Standard Grade or equivalent in English?  Would you like to play a key role in our busy Medical Records team?


Clerical Officers provide general clerical support and typing services to the secretarial team to ensure that clinics, theatre sessions, reception services and ward clerical work is organised in an efficient and timely manner and that patient data and clinical notes are filed correctly and efficiently.
