HR Administrator (Ref: 170803)
Full time 37.5 hours per week

Band 3 - Salary Range £25,468 to £27,486 per annum
Plus Distant Islands Allowance of £2,256 per annum
This role will support the delivery of safe and efficient HR Services. As the first point of contact for the department you will have effective communication skills via both telephone and email. You will be a proactive and enthusiastic team player with a significant degree of diplomacy and tact; trust and confidentiality is essential in the role. A sound knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, in particular Word, Excel, and Outlook required with the ability to work across multiple systems. We are looking for someone with a flexible approach, good attention to detail, with a helpful and friendly manner, to become a key member of our team. You will be able to prioritise competing demands of changing workloads effectively. Previous experience of working with NHS Scotland HR systems will be an advantage.
