Interested in both hospital and community dietetics? Would you like to work in a post where you are able to support a patient from an in-patient setting out into the community? Well the West Quadrant Community Dietetic Service has just such a post. We are looking for a Band 6 Dietitian to come and join our team. You will provide dietetic care to in-patients at the Vale of Leven Hospital and where appropriate you will have the opportunity to follow them up in the community. The post also includes community work too- a mix of clinics and domiciliary visits. The post is based at the Vale Centre for Health and Care.

The Dietetic Service is passionate about quality improvement: the role will include reviewing and improving service delivery by undertaking quality improvement opportunities, e.g. audit, training, etc.

You will be part of the wider West Quadrant Community Dietetic team , a friendly, forward thinking and enthusiastic team which supports practice placements, clinical supervision, general community dietetics and innovation.

This post involves working closely with a Dietetic Support Worker.

A BSc in Human Nutrition & Dietetics, HCPC registration and a full driving license are essential for this role.
