This is an opportunity to flexibly contribute your experience as part of a proactive podiatry team providing support for people with foot conditions in the rural area of Dumfries & Galloway.  You will have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, including community and acute, therefore is essential to be able to travel and work between multiple locations.
A comprehensive training induction will be provided.  Thereafter you will have an assigned caseload working in the areas of nail surgery, wound care, preventive care, early interventions and management of diseases affecting the lower limb and foot. This will include patients with a wide range of clinical need.  You will hold a delegated caseload of patients, follow care plans, use protocols and work closely with supervision from a HCPC registered podiatrist.
