Key Requirements –
• GMC registered medical practitioner
• Understanding of health inequalities

• Ability to organise time efficiently and effectively
You will be responsible for meeting the medical needs of the patients of the practice by providing best practice in clinical care and management. The post holder will work closely with the medical and management team to develop and enhance the types and quality of services offered to patients in the local area.
Very much at “the Deep End” of General Practice, our enthusiastic Primary Care team are geographically co-located with The Health Agency: a multifaceted voluntary team of community development projects ranging from food security through to palliative care.
Together, we strive to devise innovative solutions to address the complex psychosocial, physical ill health and substance misuse challenges our patients face in this area of multiple deprivation in South West Edinburgh.
We have a diverse, multicultural patient population, and although our demographic is not elderly, there is plenty of co-morbidity. We focus on preventative and holistic interventions with a collaborative and trauma informed approach.
There’s something for all kinds of GPs here – experienced or newly CCTD.
