This will be facilitated in partnership with patients, carers and families. Within this role you will be required to work collaboratively across healthcare boundaries to develop advanced NMAHP practice within Critical Care Outreach.

You should also have experience supporting the professional development of others including teaching, clinical supervision and the application of research and audit underpinned by a strong knowledge of current care issues.   You should possess the ability to prioritise fluctuating workloads, remain focused, work across professional boundaries and be flexible.

It is essential you are educated to First level degree or equivalent and have a proven track record in a senior NHS role, with a knowledge and understanding of Critical Care and Acute pain.
