NHS Dumfries & Galloway is looking to recruit either a band 5 Occupational Therapist (OT) 30hrs/week or band 6 OT 21.5hrs/week. Whether you are newly qualified or have experience working as an OT this could be the role to suit your experience and availability. This is a Community based Core OT post in the heart of Dumfries working within the Dumfries Home Teams.
Applicants will demonstrate core Occupational Therapy skills and be competent completing and delegating interventions. Strong communication skills are essential as you will be working with patients, relatives, carers and partner organisations. All applicants must be HCPC registered.
The team will provide regular supervision and there will be opportunities for continuous professional development. The successful applicant will be part of a well-established team which focuses on evidence based practice and effective multidisciplinary working.
