An exciting opportunity has arisen within Clackmannan Health and Social Care Partnership in ward 2, Dementia Specialist, Clackmannan Community Hospital for the post of activity coordinator.

The working environment is within the Clackmannan Health and Social Care Partnership working in an integrated setting towards the 20-20 vision.

We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic, kind, caring and hard working person who has vision and can demonstrate high standards to care. The delivery of holistic, person-centred care is paramount. Your ability to problem-solve and think on your feet is vital. 

As part of the multidisciplinary team the post holder will have responsibility for assessment, delivery, and supervision of care needs, supporting the clinical standards within the ward environment, to ensure that Quality Standards and Key Performance Indicators are met.   You must be a team player and share the values of the 20-20 vision.

Experience of working as an activity coordinator is desirable.  Experience in elderly care and dementia is essential.
