The shift pattern for this position is 8:45 – 17:00.

This is an exciting new post for a pharmacy technician working across the Medicines Information team in NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde.
We welcome applications from pharmacy technicians with a background in Acute, Primary Care, Mental Health and work across Governance teams.

What does this post involve?
- Working with colleagues across the full range of Medicines Information services to deliver Medicines Update blog, Therapeutics Handbook, GGC Formulary, enquiry answering service and clinical effectiveness projects.
- Acting as a role model in the development of the pharmacy technician role in Medicines Information.
- Delivering education and training activities to trainee pharmacists and foundation pharmacists.
- Contributing to strategy development work across Medicines Information teams.
- In time the option of developing a clinical patient facing role in Acute Services or Primary Care may be explored.
