An organised individual is required to provide reception and clerical support for patients and health care professionals based within Glenwood Health Centre.

We are looking for a positive individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as your primary role will be providing an appointment booking service to the public.   

I.T. proficiency in Microsoft Office is required. A working knowledge of TIARA and TrakCare (electronic patient booking systems) would be advantageous.  

Previous reception and clerical experience is required as is the ability to prioritise and deal with your day to day workload without immediate supervision. You will be adaptable, working both independently and as part of a wider team. Previous experience in a NHS setting would be desirable.

The ability to travel is required for training purposes or to cover for other colleagues.

Please note the salary for this post is pro rata to part time hours.
