Urgent Care Services Fife (UCSF) is currently recruiting for 6 permanent part time Receptionists and to increase our bank posts. You will join the team at UCSF providing out of hours care to the population of Fife and Kinross. UCSF covers all Fife GP practices when they are closed and operated for 118 hours per week.

Flexibility to cover all core shifts is essential; we are looking for staff that can cover mid week overnight shifts, weekends and evenings. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a flexible approach and will also be required to cover public holidays, including Christmas / New Year / Easter.

You will be flexible, hardworking and friendly and provide high quality, professional reception and administrative service to patients, UCSF Staff and colleagues. You will act as the first point of contact for the patients arriving at our Urgent Care Centre’s across Fife and will display strong communication skills. You will be computer literate. Experience of working with the public would be an advantage.

Please note the salary for these posts is pro rata to part time hours.
