The shift pattern is 08:30-16:30hours (37.5hours), Monday to Friday initially with potential to work in out of hours period as role evolves
An exciting opportunity has arisen within Glasgow City HSCP for Advanced Nurse Practitioners/Trainee Advanced Nurse Practitioners (Annex 21) to join the Care Home Nursing Team in Glasgow City HSCP You will work at a senior level of advanced practice with accountability for the complete care of highly complex patients in the Care Homes. You will be a registered nurse educated to masters level in advanced practice that will enable competence in Clinical Assessment, Anatomy and Pathophysiology, Non Medical Prescribing (V300) leading and delivering care. You will have significant experience either within primary care or acute services working as an ANP and will have demonstrable leadership skills. The post will be integral to the development of the ANP service aligned to the Primary Care Improvement Plan (Urgent Care) and will work within Care Homes in the HSCP. Car driver is essential *Part time hours may be considered* The shift pattern will be Monday – Friday 8.30am – 4.30pm
