Are you interested in being part of the North and West Sutherland Integrated Health and Social Care Team as a Caseload Holder/Community Staff Nurse, Band 6. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and enthusiastic individual who wishes to join our community nursing service within the Integrated Team, to provide care and support to patients in their own homes across West Sutherland.
This post can be based at either Assynt Health Centre or Kinlochbervie Health Centre but you would be expected to travel substantially across West Sutherland. Applicants are required to be registered with NMC (UK), and hold a District Nursing Qualification or equivalent.
This is a permanent part-time post of up to 30 hours per week, covering across a 7-day rota. Participation in the on-call rota for end of life care patients will also be required. A full driving licence is essential for this post and a pool car may be available, however applicants should have access to their own vehicle for work purposes, if required.
