An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced individual to undertake the role of Primary Care Manager for Fife Health & Social Care Partnership.  

We are looking to appoint an inspiring individual who will be committed to quality, innovation, transformation and partnership working to benefit the population of Fife. You must foster an open and inclusive style of leadership and management, encouraging team working and good working relationships to ensure high standards of care and the efficient and effective delivery of services. 

The Primary Care Manager, will provide a critical role in supporting the development and delivery of Primary Care services in Fife, working collaboratively with Clinical Leads and professional advisers from General Practice, Dentistry, Community Pharmacy and Optometry, and will be a key member of the Primary and Preventative Care Portfolio within Fife HSCP.

As well as helping deliver contracts for Primary Care independent contractors, including the PCIP for general practice, you will help develop effective interfaces with Community and Secondary Care services.  As well as contracting the post will have the responsibility for the operational delivery of four 2c Board Managed GP practices, working closely with the practice managers in each Practice.
