The shift pattern is Over 5 days

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Advanced Nurse Practioner (ANP) team within our cardiology service. As a clinical leader, the ANP has the freedom and authority to act autonomously in the assessment, diagnosis, treatment, including prescribing, of patients with multi-dimensional problems.  This includes the authority to refer, admit and discharge within appropriate clinical areas.

The post holder is responsible for advanced nursing management of a wide variety of patient needs such as patients transferred from the Coronary Care Unit, and other units as well as the clinical investigations and interventions required by our cardiothoracic patients.
