Unlock your potential with an exciting opportunity as a Planning and Improvement Lead within our dynamic Quality, Performance, Planning, and Programmes Team.
As a pivotal member of our team, you will contribute significantly to the corporate planning and strategy delivery of the Board. Your role involves collaborating with various teams across NHS Golden Jubilee to shape the Board Strategy, Annual Delivery Plan, and associated programmes. We are seeking an individual who can provide expert advice, ensuring that robust planning and improvement approaches are seamlessly integrated throughout our organisation. This includes spearheading a portfolio of planning and improvement projects and actively participating in NHS Golden Jubilee’s internal Project Management, Quality Improvement Communities of Practice, and the national Healthcare Projects and Change network.
Do You Have What It Takes?
- Experience: A background in planning or project management, ideally gained within the NHS or a similar complex organisation.
- Expertise: Knowledge of and experience in applying planning approaches or project management techniques commonly used in a healthcare environment.
- Project Support: Proven experience in delivering support for improvement projects.
- Qualification: Possession of a recognized project management or quality improvement qualification, or a strong interest in working towards one.
- Detail-Oriented: A focus on quality with meticulous attention to detail, even when working within tight deadlines.
- Communication Skills: Effective communication, interpersonal, and team-working skills.
