We have an exciting opportunity available for a Human Resources Officer to provide generalist HR support to NHS Fife and Fife Health & Social Care Partnership at a time when both the Workforce Directorate and the Organisation are embarking on significant transformational change.

The role requires an individual who is adept at understanding and applying up-to-date employment legislation in a multi-unionised environment, where there is emphasis on delivering in partnership on key organisational and departmental objectives.  As an important member of the HR function, the HR Officer assists in the delivery of these objectives by utilising considerable skills and judgement in the interpretation, application and implementation of terms and conditions of service, Human Resources policies and procedures, best practice and employment legislation. 

Educated to degree level or equivalent experience, and ideally CIPD qualified or working towards this.  Due to the whole ranging remit of the role, the ability to travel within / outwith the region is essential.

Please note the salary for this post is pro rata to part time hours.
