POST 2: CAMERON HOSPITAL & COMMUNITY SITES – 30 HOURS, 1400-2000 or 0700-1330 AS REQUIRED, 5 DAYS OVER 7

Opportunities have arisen to join our existing Support Service Team working at Glenrothes or Cameron Hospitals and Clinics in the area.

You will play an important role as Supervisor to our team of domestic assistants covering hospital and off site buildings.  You will be responsible for supervising staff workload on a daily basis, provide support and instruction to staff, be enthusiastic, organised, show flexibility, be PC literate and have the ability to communicate effectively with other services. You will also be required to drive for this role, to visit the clinics in the area.  

Previous supervisory experience of a large team and experience working within the cleaning sector, the ability to work as part of a team and under your own initiative in a fast paced environment are key requirements of this post.  Cleaning or supervisory qualification would be desirable.

Although you will work primarily afternoon shifts, there will be a requirement to cover alternative shifts periodically.
