An exciting opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Team in Dundee has arisen.  Along with other members of DECAHT you will provide nursing care to frail elderly people in their own homes, helping to prevent admission to hospital and helping to support nursing needs on discharge from Hospital care.

We are developing our Urgent and Enhanced Community Care services in Dundee and it is anticipated that this will bring significant opportunities for career pathways in the future.  You will be a first level, adult registered nurse with a desire to develop your career in the community and possess a range of clinical skills and be committed to delivering the best possible care to the population of Dundee.

A commitment to multi disciplinary working with the ability to adapt and manage change within the service is essential.

Good interpersonal, organisational and communication skills are essential and the ability to work autonomously within a flexible work pattern will be required.

The ability to travel across Dundee and the surrounding areas is also essential.

You must be registered on Sub-part 1: RN1 or RNA or Sub-part 2: RN2 of the UK NMC Register
