Band 4 Healthcare Support Worker – CAMHS Intellectual Disability Team
An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS) for an enthusiastic Healthcare Support Worker to join our service working in the Intellectual Disability Service.
CAMHS provides a specialist mental health service for children and young people aged 0 - 18 years presenting with a range of mental health conditions and developmental disorders. If you have a genuine interest in working with children and young people within CAMHS who have Intellectual Disability then this is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic multidisciplinary team. The candidate will work with patients and their families in a variety of settings and be able to show an aptitude for working with this patient group. Good communication skills with children and young people, families, colleagues and other stakeholders are essential and experience working with people with neurodiversity and in particular Intellectual Disability is desirable.
Dedicated time given for learning opportunities such as Essential to CAMHS Training.

This is a full-time vacancy but consideration will be given to part-time hours.
