We are seeking a skilled and motivated Band 5 Nurse to work within our Specialist Learning Disability Service. The post holders will work as part of the Strathbeg Ward nursing team, which provides care and support for individuals with learning disabilities who have come into contact with the Criminal Justice Service or have identifiable risk management needs.
The applicant should be a 1st level Registered Learning Disability or Mental Health nurse, and should have good knowledge base, and understanding of legislation relevant to this client group, and be able to evidence advanced communication skills.
The successful candidates will be expected to work a rotational shift pattern which includes day and night shift duties, and must be flexible to work across all service areas within the Learning Disability In-Patient service.
An attractive relocation allowance of up to £8,000 is available to successful candidates
