PROCUREMENT ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER
Band: 4
Hours: 37.5 per week

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Procurement Administrative Officer (Band 4) to join the NHS Grampian Procurement Team on a permanent basis. The successful applicant will be part of the busy Procurement team, providing a range of higher administrative support services. Post holder will have a dedicated focus on savings through review and resolution of invoice queries on the invoice register.
The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate high levels of productivity, meticulous attention to detail and a track record of producing work to a high standard. The ability to use Microsoft Excel and PECOS as well as good general IT skills is essential. Previous experience or knowledge of Procurement Regulations is desirable.
This is a full time position with contracted hours being 37.5. There are currently hybrid working arrangements in place.
