We have an excellent opportunity for an individual with excellent communication, administrative and secretarial skills to provide admin support to the Soft Facilities Team at Perth Royal Infirmary.


Applicants should have accurate keyboard skills along with excellent communication skills and experience of general office duties. The ability to work within a busy team environment is essential.

The role includes management of diaries and acting as a key point of contact, minute taking and setting up meetings, room bookings for internal accommodation, and management of pool cars amongst other admin duties. Individuals will demonstrate a professional manner, tact, diplomacy, and having good knowledge of IT systems.  

You must have the ability to work as part of a team or on your own initiative and follow instructions. You must also be able to respond constructively to unpredictable situations and able to cope under pressure.


You will be required to achieve the mandatory Induction standards for Healthcare Support Workers in Scotland and to comply with the Code of Conduct throughout your employment.
