Are you a dynamic, creative and innovative nursery nurse/early years practitioner with excellent communication and organisational skills?
Interested in working alongside our health visiting teams to help improve the health and wellbeing of children and families within Aberdeen City Health and Social Care partnership?
You would be a qualified, experienced practitioner with an HNC in Childhood Practice or equivalent. You would have experience working in collaboration with children and families and multi-agency partners. Possess the ability to work as part of our health visiting teams within localities across the city providing extended support and guidance in collaboration with children, families and other agency’s to support their health and wellbeing.
You will be provided with a robust induction/training to support your development, encouraged to participate in new ways of working across the city meeting the needs of children and families.
