The shift pattern will be confirmed with successful candidate (34.5 hours).
An opportunity has arisen for a reliable Health Care Support Worker to join our team in AMRU, Vale of Leven Hospital . You will assist in the delivery of person centered care in support of and supervised by a Registered Nurse. You will assist the Multidisciplinary team to provide a high quality, safe and supportive standard of care to meet the needs of those patients admitted into the acute setting.
You will assist patients with all activities of daily living and demonstrate a caring and compassionate approach to your work. Suitable candidates should be able to work in a fast paced environment preferably with experience of working in a care setting. Effective communication skills/literacy/ numeracy skills are required for this post, venepuncture skills would be advantageous. Must be able to work a flexible shift pattern.
