As part of NHS Grampian Charity’s growth, we are looking to recruit the following new role to our team.


Supporter Engagement Assistant Band 4

(Full time – permanent)


The purpose of this role is to support our fundraising activities as we work towards increasing our income from fundraising.

The focus of the role is to support the development and administration of the charity’s crm database; support NHS Grampian staff with donations and fundraising activities; helping our donors and fundraisers by providing information and practical support; and work support colleagues with the development and delivery of campaigns and appeals to generate income.

The new Supporter Engagement Assistant must be confident, empathetic, and assertive in communication style, with an ability to engage a wide range of people across various media, from writing sensitive thank you letters to delivering presentations to groups of interested supporters. Good experience and knowledge of NHS, health, charities and/or fundraising would be beneficial but not essential.

We are looking for a capable and pro-active people person in this customer focused role. Your time management and planning skills should be excellent, and you should hold strong values as well as being passionate about both the NHS and fundraising.
