The shift pattern is Monday-Friday 08.30-16.30 initially (5 over 7 contract).

A vacancy have become available for a Physiotherapist within the East Dunbartonshire Community Rehab Team.
The multidisciplinary team aims to work with individuals, in their home environment, to identify their goals and priorities and work with them to improve independence, function and mobility. Patients have a diverse nature and wide range of conditions, from newly diagnosed conditions, to end stage palliative care.
The post holder will work as an autonomous clinician within the speciality, taking full responsibility for an identified caseload. The post holder will complete multi-disciplinary assessments within the team, identifying multi-disciplinary issues to enable access to the service and clinical prioritisation for team and professional interventions. The post will require the individual to work as an autonomous physiotherapy clinician within the speciality, taking full responsibility for an identified caseload, providing assessment and treatment as required.
The role will involve working in partnership with clients, carers, Health and Social Work staff, residential care staff and Independent Sector Agencies to ensure optimal care. You will have a key role in local audit and clinical effectiveness projects as well as involvement to monitor and evaluate the service provision in conjunction with the Senior Physiotherapists and Rehabilitation Team Lead.
It is essential you have a Degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent with current HCPC registration. 2 years NHS post graduate experience and community experience is desirable. A full driver’s licence is essential.
