Job Advert

We are excited to be recruiting APPs/FCPs to our Primary Care Team in NHS Forth Valley.

The Physiotherapy Team in NHS Forth Valley has been at the forefront of the transformation of Primary Care services and has established and developed advanced practice physiotherapy career pathways with new opportunities for first contact roles within local GP Practices.

We would welcome applications from Physiotherapists who are committed and eager to improve services supporting staff wellbeing and who enjoy collaborating with others to deliver the very best care to those we serve.

We have vacancies to join our dynamic, supportive and innovative team. If you are an experienced MSK Physiotherapist looking for a new challenge, or looking to take the next step into an advanced practice role, we have the perfect opportunity for you.

These posts offer a patient facing role where expert MSK assessment, diagnosis, and advice of self management is integral alongside the key responsibility of identifying the correct patient care pathway to ensure everyone is seen by the right person, in the right place, at the right time. You will develop links with physiotherapy colleagues already part of our Team, local GPs, and new multi-disciplinary teams within Practices alongside Secondary Care colleagues to provide the seamless delivery of evidence based and patient focused care.

Our attached person specification details which wider skills, experience, qualifications, values and behaviours are essential within this particular role. Sharing with us, in your application, about how you have demonstrated these in your work in the past and how this is relevant to this role will help us to get to know you and your unique skills further.

The duties of this post require the successful candidate to be a member of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme.  More information on this scheme can be found at www.disclosurescotland.co.uk

The successful candidate(s) will be HCPC registered a Physiotherapist and will be mobile across the geographic area of Forth Valley.

We love it when people contact us to discuss advertised posts. It allows you to find out more about us and the role whilst allowing us to support you with your application process which we enjoy doing. Please get in touch!
