PRIMARY CARE SERVICES NHS TAYSIDE
CLINICAL DIRECTOR
GP OUT OF HOURS SERVICE
SALARY £128,841 (per annum pro rata) +£10K responsibility
HOURS OF WORK – 4 SESSIONS PER WEEK – Job Share Considered
Your role will be to provide senior clinical leadership and management to all medical staff, to ensure the delivery of consistently high quality, urgent, medical care and support to the population of Tayside. You will closely with management colleagues to ensure effective Clinical Governance and other key responsibilities are achieved.
Full registration with the GMS, experience of working as an OOH GP, together with high credibility is a pre-requisite, as are excellent interpersonal, influencing and negotiation skills, and the ability to deliver change.
This post comes at an exciting time within the service, whereby a review of the overall OOH model is planned, to ensure that the service can best deliver services to the population. This role will be pivotal in driving this forward.
