We are currently looking to recruit a Band 2 Healthcare Support Worker. Ward 53 is a busy 24 bed, acute general medical ward.
We are looking for a Band 2 Health Care Support Worker with a compassionate, caring nature who will focus on the delivery of high quality care.
You will also be:
· Dedicated and motivated in providing exceptional patient focused care
· Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
· Work well within a multi disciplinary team and individually
· Support the staff nurses and ward team
· Have a desire to learn and develop further clinical skills to support the ward.
You will be required to work a combination of day shifts and night shifts. These will be 11.5 hour shifts.

Please note the salary for this post is pro rata to part time hours.
