Would you like to work in a small friendly Community Hospital team?
We currently have a 30hpw permanent Health Care Support Worker position, if you have an interest in Acute Rehabilitation then we would love to hear from you.
We are a 13 bedded unit which provides an up to date facility for rehabilitation, within the unit we have two gym facilities and a purpose built kitchen area for Occupational Therapy assessments and rehabilitation, Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists are based within the hospital with input from Speech and language Therapy and other Allied Healthcare Professionals as and when required.
We are an enthusiastic team who participate well within ongoing personal and professional development which has enhanced the clinical skill mix within the team, we embrace the changes that occur within the organisation and strive to provide a person centred, quality of care experience to our patients.
This post will require the applicant to have the ability to take guidance and provide assistance on the delivery of care to individual patients, working closely with Registered Nurses and other Multi Disciplinary Team Members.
The shift pattern will be either Long or Short Days and will be rotational which includes weekend and night shift working.
