An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Social Work Assistant Practitioner to join the Nairn & Ardersier Social Care Team.
This permanent, full time position of 37.5 hrs per week will enable the right candidate the opportunity to be part of a fully integrated adult social care service with NHS Highland.
The post is interesting and varied in nature providing a social work service across Nairn and Ardersier. The Team is busy but supportive and is looking for an individual who can work autonomously but also effectively as part of a team.
Case work will be generic in nature, interesting and varied. Duties include statutory work appropriate to the role, person centred outcome focused assessments, reviews, dealing with and managing a wide variety of situations and issues, and working effectively in a multi-disciplinary way.
We are looking for an enthusiastic practitioner, who has experience of working with people with a wide range of needs, and who is person centred and outcome focused in their approach.
